 1. Summary of Hotkey Utility
======================================================================

  - Hotkey Utility is a utility supports indicator for Hot Keys (Fn+F3,
    F4,F6,F7,F8,F9(*1)) and LCD backlight brightness control for each 
    power supplying conditions.

    *1:Enabled Hot Key function depends on your model or BIOS setting.

 2. System requirement
======================================================================

  - Hotkey Utility works on Fujitsu LifeBook series only.

  - Hotkey Utility works under Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition,
     Microsoft Windows XP Professional only.

  - Before you use Hotkey Utility, install the FUJ02B1 device driver
    V1.21 and after separately.
    The description of installing the FUJ02B1 device driver, please 
    see FUJ20B1 Software Instructions.

 3. Installing Hotkey Utility
======================================================================

  - To install Hotkey Utility, need to log on with a computer 
    administrator account.

  - Before install, close all of current applications.

  - To install Hotkey Utility, run the Setup.exe file.
    Then follow instructions that appear on Hotkey Utility Setup  
    window. 

  - If you want to re-install Hotkey Utility, you will need to 
    uninstall your current Hotkey Utility.

 4. Uninstalling Hotkey Utility
    (Removing the installed software)
======================================================================

  - To uninstall Hotkey Utility, need to log on with a computer 
    administrator account.
    In addition, switch to and log off each user before uninstall.

  - Before uninstall, close all applications.

 - The procedure of uninstall Hotkey Utility is follows.
   1) Open Control Panel on Start Menu.
   2) Click Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.
   3) Choose "Hotkey Utility" from the displayed list. Click the 
      Change/Remove button, and then Hotkey Utility will be removed.

 5. Precautions
======================================================================

   - When starting Windows, right after change Display Settings or 
     displaying screen saver, no indicator with Hot Keys (Fn+F3,F4,F6,
     F7,F8,F9) operation.
     
     In this case, Hot Keys operation are available.
