SECURED AUDIO ------------- Audio files protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology are presently unsupported. 2. AUDIO RECORDING --------------- When playing back recording, you might hear distortion in the audio. If EAX was enabled during the recording, you might also hear 'popping' noises. To resolve these issues, reduce the recording volume level of your source before recording either through the Vista Volume Panel or Creative Console Launcher. Do the following: For Vista Volume Panel 1) Right-click the Volume icon on the taskbar, and select Recording Devices. 2) Double-click your recording source. 3) In the dialog box that appears, click the Levels tab. 4) Drag the slider to the desired level. 5) Click the OK button. For Creative Console Launcher 1) Click Start -> All Programs -> Creative -> Sound Blaster X-Fi -> Creative Console Launcher. 2) Click the Mixer icon. 3) Drag the Rec slider or the slider of your selected audio source to the desired level. 4) Close the application.
