- With the PC turned off, first connect the parallel port device
  and make sure it is up and running

- Boot to Windows 2000, then the OS should automatically find the 
  new hardware and run the installation wizard

- Type in the path "C:\W2K CDR DRIVERS" and hit enter

- The driver files will now be copied and the system may timeout
  for a short while until the driver loading process has completed

- After all new hardware sub-devices have been detected and 
  installed, then the new device should become accessible via the 
  application provided for your peripheral
