If you are upgrading your video drivers from an already installed driver, the update may not be successful. To make sure new drivers are installed on your computer: 1. Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel. 2. Double-click on the Display applet. 3. Click on the Settings tab. 4. Click on the Advanced Properties box. 5. Click on the Change box. 6. Click on the Have Disk box, insert floppy into A:, and put A:\ in the Install from disk window. Or put in the correct path for the location of the files. 7. It will copy some files, once done copying, Apply the changes, let the computer restart. 8. Once computer restarts, shutdown and restart system. When "Starting Windows 95" appears, press the "F8" key, select "Command prompt only". 9. Type this command: COPY A:\*.* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM *Note-or specify the correct path instead of "A:\" 10. Overwrite the existing files, this ensures driver 6.09 gets installed. 11. Type WIN to boot into Windows, or just reboot the system. The updated video drivers are installed. 12. 6.09 drivers actually are version 4.10.01.0002-Q6.09.02
