This EPkit.exe file can be execute in Windows 98 SE/Me/2000.
before execute EPkit.exe.
Make sure EPkit.exe,devdiag.vxd and pcidumpr.sys in the same directory.
Install EPkit.exe can enable Wake ON Lan bits in SROM.
Install EPkit.exe can solved the problem that you can not see 
power management tab appear before in windows.
