Summary:
If you are using the NDIS2 driver to load on a 5700 device, as found on the PowerEdge 4600, 6600, and 6650 please use the driver in the folder marked "5700".  Otherwise please use the driver found in the "570x" folder.

Please review the Readme.txt for each driver for specific instructions and settings for loading the driver.  

NOTE: Due to memory constraints, if loading the driver for 5700 devices you must use "net start basic" in the autoexec.bat.
